Canz Design will charge a late fee for failure to make monthly and/or weekly payments on the date they are due.
Please note this notice will be sent to all existing and future clients (via email or the URL of this page) as of May 2006

There will be an additional financing fee of $10 per month if a client chooses to make payments instead of full payment upon completion of our work.

If there is some reason payment cannot be made in a timely manner the client should contact Canz before the due date via email: info@canzdesign.com or phone: (64) 027-2269003. We are very reasonable and a sufficient explanation will be taken on good faith and your payments will be adjusted accordingly.

Hosting, website related design and SEO
Failure to pay website hosting fees will result in an additional $10 per week ($40 per month) until payment and fines are paid.

After a period of 5 days the website will be suspended until payment or sufficient reason for non-payment is supplied by the client.

Graphic Design, artwork and photography
The structure for design payments are made for our client’s convenience, with full consultation and agreement of the client. All payments are expected when they are due. If, for some reason, you are not able to pay your bill please contact us immediately and we will be happy to adjust your payment structure. Failure to contact us may result in payment agreement nullification and your bill may have to be paid in total before websites are reinstated or design work being completed.

If your design is completed and includes website design and/or hosting: the said website will be suspended after a period of 5 days if we don’t hear from you.

If your design is a printed project all work will be suspended until we hear from you, or payment is made; the completion date will be adjusted accordingly. There will be a fee of $40 per month until we are payments are brought up to date.

If your design is completed and Canz has met our printing/design obligations there will be a fee of $40 per month, which will be added to your bill*. If we do not hear from you within a month regarding this matter the bill will go to a collector and you must direct future payments and arrangements through the collection agency.

*This fee is for your Canz Design bill only! 
All late payment fees from any printing costs we have arranged for you will be dependent upon the printers specifications for late fees and are completely separate from any payment schedules arranged for Canz Design Services.
